You came to ANote Music for something specific: a way to earn from the music you love, discover an alternative asset, and build a portfolio on your own terms. You browse the catalogues, follow the songs you recognise, and watch royalties land in your ANote Music account. Seeing the appeal is easy, but knowing where to start is the harder part.
Building a balanced portfolio takes time and thought. Which catalogues, how many shares, how to spread across more than one catalogue: each decision lands on you, one by one. As the marketplace grows, there is more to weigh every time. For newer investors, that first move is the hardest. For experienced ones, doing it by hand again and again is the part you would happily skip.
You have told us this, again and again: in messages, in our community, in the questions that keep coming back through support. We read them (all of them). And one request kept surfacing. Not how to buy a single catalogue, but how to put a thought-through mix together without having to make a project of it.
What we are building
We are developing a portfolio builder: a tool to help you put together a diversified portfolio of catalogue shares in fewer steps, with less friction, and entirely on your terms. Not a one-off setup, but something that keeps working alongside you.
We are keeping the details under wraps for now, partly because we are still shaping it, and partly because we want your input before anything is set.
Here is the intent: the portfolio builder takes the heavy lifting out of building a varied portfolio, while keeping you in charge. You decide the catalogues you want, how much to commit, and how widely to spread. From there the orders are placed within your setup, and you can adjust it or switch it off whenever you like. It works only within the limits you set, nothing beyond them. Whether it is your first order or your fiftieth, the goal is the same: less time setting things up, more time watching royalties come in and compound.
Help us build it
A lot of what the ANote Music platform does today exists because the community asked for it, so we are bringing you in early, while your input can still shape what this becomes.
When the portfolio builder is ready for its first round of testing, we want real investors trying it, pushing it, and telling us honestly what works and what does not. Your feedback in those early weeks will help decide what ships and what we rework, and early testers get the first look. If that sounds like you, keep an eye on your inbox and our channels: we will share how to put your name forward to join the beta.
ANote Music is your platform as much as it is ours, and the features we are proudest of started with you. We can build the next one together.
Stay tuned!
