There's important news for investors holding shares in the Le Vibrazioni Image Rights catalogue. Originally listed on the ANote Music marketplace on September 2, 2021 for a listing term of 5 years, the catalogue gives access to royalties deriving from the exploitation of the image rights from tour concerts of the Italian pop-rock band Le Vibrazioni.

With the original 5-year listing term approaching its scheduled expiration in just a few months, the original rights holder has exercised the buyback clause to regain full ownership of its future royalties by repurchasing all catalogue shares held by investors on ANote Music.

How will the buyback be executed?

Starting today, trading of the Le Vibrazioni Image Rights catalogue will be halted, and all pending buy and sell orders for this catalogue will be cancelled.

Tomorrow, May 28, 2026, all investors holding shares in this catalogue will receive a one-time payout of €0.77 per share, credited directly to their portfolio as a single royalty payout (subject to ANote Music's standard distribution fees). This price represents a 30% premium over the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the 30 days preceding the activation of the buyback clause — notably above the 15% minimum premium set by the contractual agreement — and reflects the catalogue's current residual life and valuation.

This one-time payment represents the compensation paid by the original rights holder to the investors to regain full ownership and reflects the catalogue’s current residual life and valuation.

Once the process is complete, ownership of the shares will be automatically transferred to the original rights holder, and the shares will no longer appear in investor portfolios. The catalogue will remain accessible on the platform for reference, but it will no longer be tradable.

Why is buyback important in ANote Music mission?

The buyback clause is a key component of ANote Music’s mission, designed to preserve both the music rights holders' and investors' interests.

In traditional music catalogue transactions, rights holders permanently sell their royalties without the possibility of regaining ownership in the future, often at prices unilaterally set by buyers. By contrast, our mission is to enhance rights holders' creative and financial freedom by giving them the possibility of repurchasing full ownership of their royalties at a later stage, should that align with new creative or contractual opportunities.

At the same time, investors' interests are equally protected: any buyback must reflect the catalogue's residual life and fair value on our market, ensuring that investors receive fair compensation when the clause is exercised.

By consolidating this balance, ANote Music achieves its mission to offer rights holders immediate, flexible liquidity without compromising the potential returns or contractual certainty for investors in each catalogue.
