The Sterling Fox Catalogue (ID014) received US$5,636.04 for the reference period of July 2025 - September 2025 (Q3 2025) as international (ex-USA) songwriting royalties from BMI (U.S. performance rights organization).
Please note: this distribution was negatively impacted by a reporting delay from Germany’s collecting society GEMA, which reports directly to BMI and is the main contributor to the Sterling Fox Catalogue’s international performance royalties. As a result, a significant part of Germany-related royalties were not included in BMI’s February distribution. These amounts are expected to be included in a future BMI distribution once the missing data is received, reconciled, and processed by BMI.
The auction for this catalogue was completed on June 29th 2022. ANote Music investors are entitled to receive €4,784.67 (or €0.48 per share), corresponding to the 100% of the catalogue listed and 10,000 catalogue shares available, pro-quota to the number of shares owned. The EUR/USD rate at the time of conversion (including the banking transaction fees) is equal to 1.1779.
