ANote Music has received from SIAE (the Italian National Collective Organisation) the funds as royalties payout for the reference period of July 2019 – December 2019 (H2 2019) for the IRMA Records Publishing Catalogue (ID003).

The auction for the IRMA Records Publishing Catalogue was completed on August 31st, 2020. Investors on the platform are entitled, as per shares they own, to receive the royalties for H2 2019, which account for €9,521.79.

It is important to note that over the same period (H2 2019), SIAE has not distributed royalty payments, which should have been received from countries abroad, due to inter-CMO issues. According to SIAE sources, these funds will be distributed during the next reference period (H1 2020). During the upcoming royalty distribution, the funds will get anticipated, making sure investors don’t experience any downside from this inter-CMO mismatch.

These revenues remain in line with their historical average. The royalty payouts from other sources for H2 2019 (IRMA Records’ sub-publishers), took place prior to the catalogue auction’s closing and are not accounted for during the upcoming distribution phase.
